BIPoC from Ukraine – Welcome? – Conference
WE ARE STREAMING LIVE!
PxP Embassy e.V. and Erik Marquardt will organize a conference on December 10, 2022, in Berlin to talk about the situation of the so-called third-country nationals in Germany. We want to discuss the current situation with representatives of civil society, politics, and affected BIPOC people from Ukraine. We demand equal treatment for all people who have fled Ukraine. Since Russia invaded Ukraine, more than one million people have been able to find safety in Germany. By activating the so-called “Temporary Protection Directive” by the European Council for the first time, the EU has created a common solution for people fleeing the war so that they could quickly access the welfare system without the usually lengthy bureaucracy.
