PxP with UNICEF in Iraq 2016

Due to the continuing offensive of terrorist militias, hundreds of thousands of children are unable to go to school in Iraq. Large portions of the population are on the run and forced to live in temporary shelters, making it extremely difficult for children to go to school.

Donations from the PxP Festival helped winter-proof 50 provisional tent classrooms so that 5,000 children could continue to go to school in the cold months. To ensure that children were strong enough to attend school, 7,175 packets of peanut paste were distributed between 70 severely malnourished children.
